Abstract
In market economy there are private firms as well as state institutions like revenue authority, contributory organizations, etc.. But market economy is really effective only in case that private commercial sector is profitable. If not, it is necessary to end business which makes unemployment rate higher. In EU it is generally known, that thre is a keen competition and for many people it is not conveniet to start their own business owning to the fact that future profits are not certain and on the other hand, paying taxes, various fees and insurance, is obligatory. It is easy to understand that business environment is composed of many components which in addition to this changes in time. For various firms could various components of business environment have different importance.
