Abstract

The paper analysis the active aging policy in Campania. The aim is to descover eventually best practice in the local policies in a Southern region. The paper was commmThe paper analysis the active aging policy in Campania. The aim is to discover some new best practice of local policies in a Southern region with particular attention with the integration between the parties.. The paper was commissioned by Foundation Brodolini in Rome and European Commission - DG Employment, General Affair and Equal Opportunities. The principal results is that there are isolated and sporadic initiative, but they are really appreciated by users. But more important is that even if a vertical integration resulting from hierarchical governance exists, there is no horizontal integration between institutions of equal rank.
