Abstract
This article attempts to provide empirical validation of financial globalization. First, we will give an idea about the reorganization of global companies and production functions will emphasize the extent of the phenomenon. Similarly, we will talk if the importance of the size reflects the law of the strongest. Then we will discuss the implications for the use of multi-nationalization and offshoring in the North and in the South. how to define the relocation? What are the main reasons for outsourcing? What is the extent of this phenomenon? How to evaluate the benefits of offshoring, particularly in terms of employment? What are the jobs, sectors and countries most affected? What are the policy responses and what steps can we advocate to reduce costs, facilitate adjustment and restore confidence?
