We need an editor for Romanian.

Editors should have done work on the postgraduate level.

Editors have to check new submissions according to these guidelines http://mpra.ub.uni-muenchen.de/information.html#guidelines: This is largely a formal check to filter out inappropriate submissions and does not take much time.
