Abstract
Women’s quality of life is one of the important and effective factors in promoting the desirable interaction of women in the family and society. This is especially important for the higher-educated women who are considered in the present study, because it plays a role in creating and maintaining mental health and in the ability to cope with the problems of daily life, establish healthy and sincere relationships with others and have a purposeful life. The present study, by examining the impact of income on women’s quality of life (a case study of female employees of Zanjan University), aims to provide recommendations and solutions to planners and managers in this regard. This study was conducted using a quality of life questionnaire, and to analyze the data at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics, SPSS software and multiple regression correlation test were used. Also, descriptive-analytical method has been used during the period of 2017-2018. The statistical population of this study included all female employees of Zanjan University, which were 150 people. The Cochran formula was used to determine the sample size and 100 people were investigated. The results showed that the higher the level of female income in the family, the higher the quality of life is.
