Abstract
This paper tries to evaluate costs and benefits of the dollarization and clears some basic understanding about dollarization. This paper provides the empirical evidence for the determinants of dollarization and finds that underlying vulnerability of economic system leads to dollarization and dollarization is feasible in small economies and only at inflationary environment
