Abstract
The article is addressing an issue of public programs mechanisms development aimed to stimulate energy savings in industry sector. Analysis was undertaken to estimate feasibility of international best practise implementation in Russia. We have also judged the perspective of certain mechanisms of government support implementation in energy sector in Russia.
