Abstract

This research is motivied by some accidents have been happened in compant such as criminal act, by intern personal. Of course this accident will make company loss. Criminal act and demonstration by some employee can make company loss and disturb company’s activities. Otherwise, theorically says that company’s salaries system such as documents, journals, procedures, departments, payments, controlling environments, risk estimates, activities of intern, communicate and information and salaries are not good. That’s why,the tenth of the variables will be try using statistic. The formula of the problem on this research, are there documents, journals, procedures, departments, payments, controlling environments, risk controlling, activities of intern, communicate and information and salaries influence on employee activities. Population and sample in this research using 80 respondent in some departments like productions, administration and financial. Random sampling technical is used in this research by quistionaires. Research result pursuant to research test indicate that between some salaries system components such as documents, procedures, and monitoring are not influenced partially but salaries system components such as journals, departments, payments, controlling environment, risk estimates, controlling activities, and communicate and information partially influenced on employee activities.
