Abstract
Este artículo describe los problemas de Rusia la creación de infraestructura regional de distribución de asistencia alimentaria (FAD) para la población en necesidad. Este artículo proporciona un programa , en el ámbito del apoyo estatal - garantías estatales de ayuda alimentaria - la formación de asociaciones públicoprivadas para organizar el funcionamiento de la empresa en los complejos de infraestructura. In the science and technology field - development of infrastructure power industry, technological equipment of the cooking process by eliminating losses in the individual process stages. The resource base of food development - an increase in agricultural production, increasing the production capacity of the processing enterprises, optimize the flow of food in the technological cycle. The changing architecture of the sales process - the introduction of the food production chain and logistics centers (PLC), which will allow manufacturers, bypassing the retail chains, to increase the volume of conditioned food corresponding to the technological requirements
