Abstract
This article emphasizes the importance of the technical and vocational education and training (TVET) challenges and constraints to meet the needs of the labor market and human resource development and technical expertise, which urgently need a strategy to achieve its industrialization. It is worth noting that achieving this goal requires a policy framework and direction, as well as profound changes in the organization and delivery of TVET courses at all levels.
This article should be incorporated into the design and delivery of vocational education and training courses at all levels, from vocational training institutions to helping to promote skills development and industrial development.
