Abstract

The study used the co-integration and Granger causality test to examine the long run relationship and check the direction of the causalities among GDP, trade, employment and FDI in Morocco.The study confirms that changes in the economic growth in the long run affect trade in the short run. Changes in employment in the long run have marginal effect on trade, GDP and no impact on FDI in the short run. Changes in FDI in the long run have significant effect on GDP and trade in the short run.
