Abstract
This paper anticipates the impacts of program based budgeting on senegalese economy. According to the PEFA evaluation, Senegal is eligible to implement such reform. Results from an Intertemporal dynamic CGE model show an overall positive impact of the reform on the senegalese economy. Simulations assume that targeted outputs are met. The reform would repectively improve economic growth, private investment, households consumption and well-being would by 0,57%, 0,83%, 0,65% et 26,9%, after a decade of implementation.
