Abstract
The study is devoted to the analysis of the processes of transfer and transformation of technological knowledge and their carriers on the mesotrajectory of innovative development. At the same time, the mesounit (population - technological rule) is considered as a connected network set that combines the tangible and intangible assets of actors, their dynamic abilities and social ties. In studying network interactions, the work is essentially based on the sociological theory of networks, the logic of which is that networks of interactions (tangible and intangible ties) of actors can arise not only when economic ties are already embedded in social ties, but also much earlier, when they are still absent. Networks are studied in relation to the phases of the trajectory and considered from the point of view of achieving the goals of actors at these phases. It is shown that each phase realizes its own paradigm of network development: dynamic in the first phase of the trajectory, organic in the second and mechanical in the third. The examples of (inter)action of networks in each of these phases are given
