Abstract
This short survey on the Bulgarian corporate governance issues follows the European Corporate Governance Survey guidelines as well as the structure and layout of the respective survey on Estonian case. The tables present just the legislative aspect of the problem.The following are some specifics for Bulgarian Corporate Governance which seem important for its understanding.
