Abstract
The interest of this paper is to show that the action of public power in the management of public expenditure on health for the majority of MENA countries. Indeed, our empirical attempt tries to clarify the direct and indirect effects of the effectiveness of government economic development through public spending in the health sector over the period 1984-2012 in the MENA region while using the model of simultaneous equations.
