Abstract

In the last few decades more than half of the natural heritage has been lost, this leads to investigations of conditions that may lead to biological collapse. It is true that one can not see the progressive ecological imbalance without thinking that there are no consequences. While poor perception of danger could lead to weaknesses as inadequate responses, until it becomes impossible to culminate. It also seems to have been aware of the European Union, which is trying to emanate from the new reforms to curb purely economic instances in favor of longer-term policies. Thus, the need to reorganize fisheries to protect biodiversity has given priority to the environmental dimension of sustainability, a constraint for economic and social expression. The goal is to defend the sea and its species. Thus, EU Regulation 1380/2013 defines the new Common Fisheries Policy (PCP), which runs from 1 January 2014.
