Abstract
English Abstract: The article intends to give continuity to the theoretical proposals made in two previ-ous articles, in which the existence of a relationship between the process of capital accumu-lation, the inequity in the distribution of national income among the factors of production, and therefore the imbalance in the use of these. Thus, the objective that is proposed to ana-lyze and discuss this work is the process of capital accumulation itself to discover the im-plicit relationships that determine it, and that lead it to generate a structure of factors of production’s remuneration that does not correspond with the needs and resources of the population. The accumulation of capital is then proposed as a process that results in the formation of a Redundant Accumulation Fund and a Redundant Consumption Fund that weaken the conditions of the free market, and what we call the "endogenization" of com-petition. It concludes with some ideas to avoid that the productive process is oriented to-wards the creation of said Funds and to develop a more efficient and effective economic structure.
