Abstract

This paper is devoted to the study of project and entrepreneurial approach in relation to the specifics of the building complex, when in the process of diversification of the construction industry are transformed into multi-complex conglomerates, structural units which are interconnected, rather, design, and non-functional communication, while the implementation of diversification projects leads the development of competitive rela-tions and provides the opportunity entrepreneurial behavior within the company.
