Abstract

The automotive transportation services in Bolivia constitute the most important means of transporting passengers at interprovincial, interdepartmental and international level to neighbouring regions, representing approximately 85% of the total demand. The objective of the study is to carry out a diagnostic of the market of long distance passenger transport services throughout the country and its structure.

Los servicios de transporte automotor en Bolivia constituyen el medio más importante de transporte de pasajeros a nivel interprovincial, interdepartamental e internacional a regiones limítrofes, representando aproximadamente 85% del total de la demanda. El objetivo del estudio es realizar un diagnóstico del mercado de servicios de transporte de pasajeros de larga distancia en todo el territorio nacional y de su estructura.
