Abstract
This study estimates Ontario’s housing stock by Ontario’s Central Metropolitan Areas and by residential dwelling types between 2020-2043. It also evaluates existing housing stock and makes future projections taking into account both the supply-side and demand-side perspectives, as well as the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic that can lead to various market scenarios.
