Abstract
The Economy in the last 40 years has tended to accept the liberal thoughts and incorporated it in the theoretical development. This paper analyzes The Economical Social and Cultural Rights (DESC) is incompatible with the liberal thoughts. In the next sections we show that, excepting by some particular cases, the DESC has no fit into the modern economic theory. Therefore, it does not make sense discuss if the DESC and the economic theory are incompatible, looking for distances instead of find complementarities between both disciplines. We propose develop a research devoted to find common issues between DESC and the economic theory.
