Abstract
New mathematical algorithm is proposed to find the controlling influences in a problem described by the system of ordinary differential equations but containing some unknown parameters which cannot be measured. The only restriction is that these parameters change slowly on the considered time interval. The goal of control is to receive a trajectory lying close to the so-called program regime of the system.
