Abstract

Experts point out contradictions: training of managers has the abstract, but the real problems of production, state and municipal-based management. Objective: To exploit the potential of students, teachers, administrative staff of the higher school to address urgent social and economic problems of the region and organizations, study and evaluation of the educational process, training of specialists. Tasks: to develop strategic thinking experts in the field of innovation, develop the ability to solve concrete problems of management, teaching practical skills of business process reengineering, to attract the attention of young people to the use of the process approach in the management of production, the state and municipalities. Methodical task is adapting students to solve real-life problems of the society, to teach a holistic perception of the processes. to carry out monitoring of the quality and volume of received trainees knowledge on the socio-economic and technological disciplines, use this information to improve the quality of the educational process. The result of training - formation of the active position of the future experts in the modernization of the economy, build teamwork skills; the ability to manage changes in the business process network.
